We are moving to a new work-order system the summer of 2021. The old IT Direct system will no longer be used and is not accessible to enter requests.
The new system called GetHelp will be integrated in with our Classlink single sign on system. When the GetHelp system is fully ready, you can use your Classlink page to access the new GetHelp request system.
While we finish the setup on the setup for the GetHelp system, a temporary email address has been setup to handle new requests. If you need to submit a technology help request this summer, please include the details in an email addressed to: Tech.Yankton@k12.sd.us
