The YMS Science Olympiad Team just won the state championship and will be representing SD at Nationals, May 24-25, at Michigan State University!
The YMS Team is fundraising for their trip and need to raise $25,000. If you are interested in donating, contact the YSD Alumni Association. Also, support them at their fundraising Vendor Fair at YMS this Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.!

This year's student-built house, under the direction of Teacher of the Year Mr. Bret Johnson, was recently sold.
We went back trying to discover when the first house was built by students of YHS ... 1981! That means this is the 43rd house built!
