⛳️ ALL-CONFERENCE ⛳️ Congratulations to Yankton freshman Ellia Homstad who earned All-Conference honors at Thursday’s ESD Golf Tournament. Ellia finished in a tie for third place overall (79) behind Mitchell golfers Maddie Childs (74) and Allison Meyerink (75).


ESD GIRLS GOLF TOURNAMENT - The Gazelles finished in seventh place at Thursday’s ESD Golf Tournament at Fox Run. Mitchell came away with the team trophy, followed by Watertown and Aberdeen Central. 🏆⛳️

The Gazelles hosted a quad at Fox Run Monday. Senior Madison Ryken shot 89 to lead Yankton, finishing in 9th place. Mitchell had three of the top four places to finish first as a team. The ESD meet - originally scheduled for tomorrow - will be held this Thursday at Fox Run.

Gazelles Golf had their best performance this season, finishing 5th at the Brookings Invite. Ellia Homstad placed 9th with a 79, Sabrina Krajewski tied 17th with an 85, Bailey Anderson tied 30th with a 90, and Madison Ryken tied 44th with a 97. They compete again next Mon & Tues!

Mrs. Ladwig's second period English III class celebrated their victory of being the class with the most independent novels read; they read a total of 134 books during the spring semester! Root beer floats were earned!! 📚😎

The final day of school for students for the 2023-2024 school year will be Friday, May 17, 2024 and will be an early dismissal at 2:00 pm. There will be no PM Preschool classes at Webster School or PM Early Intervention Preschool at Stewart School on Friday. Report cards will be mailed to the home of each student.


We had another English Department record broken!! This year's Junior Read-A-Thon achieved a new high with the junior class reading over 500 books during the spring semester! Stay tuned on Wednesday for the top 5 readers! Look in the FB comments for an attached video!!
