Beadle third grade had the best time on their field trip. We learned about the history of Gavins Point Dam, went on a scavenger hunt, fed the fish, got to meet many species that live in the Missouri River, and had a picnic with our friends and family.

K is for Kite! M was a nice surprise- Mudpuppy and a Mom:) N out on a Nature Walk and O is Mrs Frick at Beadles Favorite color- ORANGE!

5th graders in Mrs. Hunhoff's class were inspired by Peruvian art and made salt dough llamas. Colorful yarn was attached as the perfect finish to the creative project.

Thanks to a very kind parent, Science students in Mrs. Hunhoff's class were able to have an up close experience with mudpuppies. This fully aquatic salamander is often thought to be dangerous but is actually harmless. Several of these mudpuppies were given to Gavins Point Aquarium and Hatchery, the others were released back into the creek where they were found.

Congratulations to Beadle's Good Character Awards Winners! They are starting May out strong and they continue to show us how wonderful our students are!
