Mrs.Bochman`s class is learning about fractions. This week we created fraction pizza and recorded the amount of toppings that were used using the skills we have learned!





3rd grade Beadle Bugs enjoyed learning about different types of landforms and creating their very own.





Due to the forecasted wind chills in the early morning, Yankton School District will have a 10:00 AM late start tomorrow, Wednesday, February 23. There will be no morning preschool at Webster School and no morning Special Education Preschool at Stewart. All buses will run approximately one and a half hours later than their normally scheduled time.

Mrs. Hunhoff's 5th grade science students explored the effects of mining during a "Cookie Mining" activity. Students learned that mining for ore (chocolate chips) has a larger impact on the environment than just where the mining occurs.

The YHS sideline cheerleaders will be hosting a Junior Cheerleading Day Camp on January 15!
