
Mrs. Stanosheck’s class brought items to represent the informational text they read this month.


A one-day in-service day for Yankton School District teachers will be held on Monday, April 4. There will be no school for students in Preschool through Grade 12 on this day.


Mrs. Grosz, MMC student teacher, is helping our kindergarten students with a Deep Space Sparkle art project. We talked about printmaking, line and texture while creating our own adorable porcupines. Fun is Good!

Mrs. Wagner's class is having a blast celebrating St. Patrick's Day!

Mrs. Wagner's Kindergarten students graphed their favorite Dr. Seuss book! Looks like "Fox in Socks" is the class favorite! We had fun!

Today during Guidance with Ms. Jaixen the students listened to The Sneetches by Dr. Seuss and talked about inclusion. They learned that we are all unique and special and decorated a star to reflect cool things about them!


All three 2nd grade classes created a sensational Seuss mural in recognition of Read Across America week and Dr. Seuss’ birthday! Check out the colorful backgrounds and unique characters that were created.
