Lincoln School 5th Grade Graduation and Award Ceremony!
Last week, Mrs. Stanosheck's Social Studies classes participated in a scavenger hunt to find information about the Civil War.
Mrs. Larsen’s class had a Teach the Teacher day yesterday. We learned how to throw footballs, drive RC cars, hit a baseball, make paper airplanes and bracelets, do a cartwheel, bandage a hurt animal, dribble a ball, and draw. We also learned about many types of animals.
Students in Mrs. Schaeffer’s class earned math medals from Mr. Beste for knowing their math facts!
Mrs. Wagner's Kindergarten kiddos are rounding up the school year with a trip to the park!
Soaring into First Grade!!
Mrs. Roth's Fifth Grade Class took part in a virtual escape room called, Escape the 80's! Students worked with partners and solved problems to try and escape.
Mrs. Wagner's Kindergarten students explore the science of motion with our STEM Science Center! We are using problem solving skills to make our bugs travel and hit the target. Science Rocks!
Mr. Beste awarded Mrs. Larsen’s third grade class with their math medals today. Way to go boys and girls!

After reading the story A Tree is a Plant, First Grade students at Lincoln Elementary planted a Silver Queen Maple tree in the front of Lincoln School. The tree was graciously donated by Yankton Nurseries.
Mrs. Wagner and Mrs. Loecker took their kindergarten classes to the top of the Lincoln School hill to release some butterflies! It was so much fun to watch the metamorphosis of these awesome creatures the last several weeks!
Mr. Beste was such a great sport!
