
Stewart Elementary 1st graders painted pumpkins during art! We made some messes, used glitter and created stunning masterpieces!





Mrs. Zimmerman’s 2nd graders shared writing projects with their class while having their own “coffee shop”. Students enjoyed hot apple cider while their classmates read in front of the “fireplace”.





Mrs. Zimmerman’s 2nd grade students at Stewart School learned how temperature can affect matter by making ice cream in science today!

The end of the first quarter is Thursday, October 20. School will be in session on that day. A one-day in-service program for Yankton School District staff will be held on Friday, October 21. There will be no school for Yankton Public School students in Preschool through Grade 12 on this day. School will resume on Monday, October 24.
