One of Mrs. Heiter's 4th graders chose to use her reward points to read a book to younger kids. We are very thankful for Ms. Jarovski allowing her to read to the 1st graders. What an amazing experience of getting to share our love of reading with young learners!

The famous Pitbull made a stop at Stewart School's recess today. Actually, some of the teachers tried to prank Mr. Lukkes by saying there was a pitbull on the playground during recess. However, before we could even pull it off, someone called and reported our "Pitbull" to the office. So Mr. Lukkes and Mrs. O came to investigate before we could pull it off. All in good fun! Thanks, Mrs. Holmstrom aka Pitbull.

Stewart second graders have been learning about matter. They made liquid into a solid, then enjoyed their solid treat! (Some will finish next week.) After that they watched a video on chemical reactions of matter with Ms. Frizzle and the gang!
