Attention all 5th grade parents!
This Thursday, September 5th is our Orchestra Night! If your child is interested in signing up for orchestra or just wants to see if orchestra is for them, come to the Middle School Theater on Sept 5th at 6:30pm. Mr. Ohlendorf will be there to fit students for instruments, go over the orchestra program at YSD, and answer any questions you may have. Midbell Music will also be there for parents wanting explore instrument rental options.

Mrs. Heiter's 4th graders went on a field trip to the Field to Table event where they learned about agriculture. There was a lot of interesting information and the weather was amazing!

Stewart Star 5th graders in Mrs. Goeken’s and Mrs. Sage’s classes learned more about their classmates on Friday and what makes each of them unique. Students brought items or pictures representing themselves along with a short description and then toured around their very own ME Museums!








Mrs. Sage’s and Mrs. Goeken’s Stewart Stars honored their 5th day of 5th grade by putting their heads together in groups of 5 to come up with lists consisting of 5 items related to any given topic in 55 seconds at each station! I bet you can’t guess what our favorite number is! 😉

Fourth Grade Stewart Stars from Mrs. Heiter and Mrs. Johnson's classes united for their first WIN (What I Need) time of the year! This special time is dedicated to meeting each student's individual academic goals, allowing for more one-on-one time with teachers and more small group activities. We’re off to a great start and can’t wait to see the growth and success these stars will achieve this year! 🌟

This creative crew loved adding personal touches, from favorite colors to tiny accessories 🎨✨, making their mini versions truly reflect who they are. It was a day filled with creativity, laughter, and a celebration of what makes each of them one-of-a-kind 🌟😊.
