Webster's last ever carnival was so special thanks to our parent group (WOW) and Explorer's Credit Union! In addition, thank you, MMU football players! This event couldn't be held without you!
We hope former students and staff will join us tonight (Mon, Apr 28) from 5-7 for Webster's Last HOOO-Rah! There are many composites and school photo boards looking for new homes if you are interested! We will have food trucks, bubbles, face paint, quilt raffle and a photo booth!

Yankton Public Schools will not be in session from Thursday, April 17, through Monday, April 21. April 17 is a parent-teacher conference compensation day, and April 18 and April 21 are Easter Vacation days. School will resume on Tuesday, April 22.

Two new Webster Star students are feeling really proud this week!
The Webster Student Council sponsored a peanut butter drive for the Sack Pack program. We are excited to share that Webster will be donating 816 jars of peanut butter to the program! Thank you to everyone that donated peanut butter for this drive!
It was fun to have one of our Webster Winners come back and do a bulletin board for our fifth graders as an assignment for his Intro to Education class. Thanks Jay Myers, and good luck as you prepare to be a teacher.
Congrats to the 2025 DARE graduates from Webster! This is a special group as it is the last DARE class that graduated from Webster. Also, congrats to Amelia Herrmann who was the essay winner.
The Webster Student Council would like to thank the Yankton High School Student Council for inviting us to YHS to learn more about leadership and service. The opportunity to connect with students from others schools was appreciated as well. Thank you so much!
The Webster Student Council learned that Byron, the YHS Student Council and Student Body President is a former Webster Winner. Thank you, Byron for taking the time to take a picture with us and for encouraging us to continue to be leaders throughout our school career.
When Frani Kieffer came across this amazing idea, we knew it had to be done with Mrs. Healy's first graders at Webster Elementary. The students had a blast creating their hats and seeing it come to life. The best part about it was having Frani hand deliver them just in time for another cold recess. Thanks again Frani! This will always be a highlight of first grade for them!
