The 2023 YHS Cross Country season kicks off next week. The first day of practice is on Aug 10. A reminder that, all physicals and recertifications must be turned in to YHS before the first practice. These forms are required and students will not be able to participate until turned in.

Congratulations to our Gazelle golf team who finished 7th at State in Pierre! Ellia Homstad finished +14 and earned All-State honors (T-13th). Elsie Larson (T-34th), Gracie Brockberg and Sabrina Krajewski (T-46th), and Madison Ryken (68th) also competed for the Gazelles.
After Rd. 1 of the State ‘AA’ Tournament in Pierre, the Gazelles are in 7th place as a team. Ellia Homstad carded a +5 (77) and is currently tied for 5th overall! Mitchell’s Allison Meyerink leads the field at -2. Play resumes Tues.
