In case you missed it...the Yankton Bucks defeated the O'Gorman Knights 55-52 on a half court shot by Rugby Ryken at the buzzer! The Bucks are now 4-1 and will look to carry this momentum into their next game on Tuesday vs. #1 SF Jefferson. Tip off is@ 7:00p. GO BUCKS!!!
The Bucks were back in action tonight in Watertown to take on the Arrows. The game was close at the half with the Bucks leading 27-24, but they had a strong second half and pulled away for a 62-43 victory. The team now plays at O'Gorman tomorrow. Tip off is at 2:00p. GO BUCKS!!!
The YHS Sideline Cheerleaders are excited to host a day camp for all students Jr. Kindergarten-8th grade that have interest in learning how to cheer. Participates will learn how to cheer, stunt, tumble & dance. There’s still time to get your registrations in!

Do you have a student who wants to learn how to be a cheerleader? The Yankton High School Cheerleaders will be hosting a day camp on January 28 for students in Jr. Kindergarten- 8th grade. Participants will showcase their tumbling, stunting, and cheer skills at the Bucks Basketball game that evening.

Rugby Ryken had 12 assists last night against Brookings. That ties the Yankton record for most assists in a game, which he set last year vs Aberdeen here at home. What makes it even more special is the previous record of 11 assists was held by his dad Mark. CONGRATULATIONS RUGBY!
After not playing a game for three weeks, the Bucks showed how ready they were to finally play again. With a balanced offensive and defensive effort, they were able to defeat the Brookings Bobcats 76-39. The Bucks will now travel to Huron on Tuesday to face the Tigers. GO BUCKS!!
The Bucks will finally be back in action today in a double header versus Brookings and they couldn't be more excited to finally play in front of our hometown fans. Sub-varsity games will start at 1:00p with the Varsity tipping off at 5:00p. GO BUCKS!!!
