Trick or Treat! Mrs. Todd forgot to announce special someone's last week since there was no school on Friday. So this week we have double the kindness being spread around!

After their final game on Tuesday with Pierre, the 8th Grade Yankton Bucks end their season!
The red team went 6-1, scoring an average of 40.6 points (284 total) and holding teams to an average of 7.7 points (54 total). Their wins came against SC-East, SC-North, Mitchell, Norfolk, Huron, Pierre. Their lone loss was against Brookings.
The white team went 3-3, scoring 15 per game (90 total), allowing 19.3 (116 total).
Their wins came against SC-East, SC-North, and Mitchell.
They fell versus Brookings, and had two down to the wire versus Norfolk and Pierre. White team did not play against Huron.
12 different players scored a touchdown across the 13 games, with 28 different captains.

Thank you to Marty Indian School for performing Native American dances for our YMS students. They invited our own YMS students to help in the dances. Ask your student about what they learned today. It was a great day at YMS. Thank you to all!

After picking up two wins in Pierre yesterday, the 7th grade football team wrapped up their season with a combined A and B record of 13-1! Congratulations to these boys on an outstanding season — the future is bright! Go Bucks! 💪🏈
