A one-day in-service program for Yankton School District teachers will be held on Friday, January 29. There will be no school for students in Preschool through Grade 12 on this day.

The Bucks beat Brookings 62-42 tonight and improve to 9-2 on the year. Next up for the Bucks is a long road trip to Sturgis to take on the Scoopers on Saturday. Tip off is set for 3:30 MST.

The Bucks used a strong 2nd half to pull away from the Aberdeen Central Golden Eagles and earn a 66-54 victory. The Bucks go to 8-2 on the season and will be in action again on Tuesday night at the Summit when they host the Brookings Bobcats. Varsity tip off is set for 7:00p.

There will be no school tomorrow, Friday, January 15 for the Yankton School District. Forecasted high winds and blowing snow will create unsafe travel.


A hard fought game between two top teams in AA saw SF Washington come away with a 55-48 victory over the Bucks. The Bucks will have several days to prepare for their next game against Aberdeen this Saturday at the Summit Center. We will R1SE and we will be ready! GO BUCKS!!

Bucks pick up their 5th win in a row tonight defeating the SF Lincoln Patriots 63-45. The Bucks are now 7-1 and will travel to SF Washington on Monday to take on the Warriors. Varsity tip off is set for 7:00pm. GO BUCKS!!!

Good win for the Bucks tonight in their first home game of the season, defeating Thunder Basin, WY 65-50. The Bucks will now play Campbell County, WY tomorrow at the Summit Center with the tip off set for 1:00p. GO BUCKS!

Bucks play Thunder Basin,WY Tuesday with the JV at 5:30p and the Varsity at 7:00p.

Another hard fought game that came down to the wire, but this time the Bucks come out on top by defeating SF O'Gorman 47-45. The Bucks will have a two game home stand on Dec. 29 vs. Thunder Basin, WY and Dec. 30. vs. Campbell Count, WY. Merry Christmas and GO BUCKS!
