Deb Howell, retiring after 38 years of teaching, was honored by her colleagues during the 8th grade awards. Here, Mr. Cwach (also a former student) spoke about her enduring impact on Yankton. Thank you for your work, Ms. Howell!

Optimist Award: These 8th grade students are friendly, hopeful and reliable young people

How it started vs. how it's going. The YHS Gazelles are thankful for all their teammates and coaches that made them into the softball players they are today. Cheer on the Gazelles Thursday, May 16th JV 4pm and Varsity 6pm at Yankton Sertoma for the last home game of the season!
