We are loving the nice March weather at Lincoln School. Mrs. Hoesings music class snuck outside to play a fun singing game called "Cut the cake."

Lincoln School kicked off Music in our Schools Month with a concert all about what we learn in the music room. They did a great job!

Studying for our fraction test can be fun!

Lincoln Leaders are starting off Terrific Tuesday with a Bucket Filler! Way to go! ✨

It is "First Monday Coffee Cart" day!! The Lincoln Elementary Student Council treated our wonderful staff to coffee and goodies. Many thanks to the P.A.L.S. organization for providing delicious muffins and rolls. It was so much fun!!

Lincoln Leaders are smiling bright this morning! ☀️😀
Bucket Fillers are AWESOME!

We are so incredibly proud of our YHS Competition Cheer team for not only pushing themselves on the mat but off the mat as well! Way to first be students then athletes. Keep up the great work and finish strong! #YHS #students #athletes #CompCheer

Mrs. Harris's class had a special guest reader, our 5th grade student council buddy! Happy Birthday to Dr. Seuss and Happy Read Across America Week! ❤️🤍❤️

Pajama Day and a Read-In both on the same day...all the "firsties" in Ms. Greene's room thought it was the best day ever!

Mrs. Roth's math classes had a fun day celebrating their hard work in math by having a candy/popcorn/movie day! #LincolnLeadersRock

What a day in Mrs. Schaeffer's class!! We used Leap Day frogs during math. We got popcorn from Ace Hardware. We practiced being great listeners during the all school concert rehearsal. Finally, we performed for our families and friends at YHS tonight!

Mrs. Loecker's 3rd graders practiced being birds today with a variety of different tools as beaks. It was interesting to see which beaks were better at picking up the different types of "food". Science is fun!

These second grade Lincoln Leaders had a great time learning about communities from our amazing Junior Achievement teacher!

Oh no!! Looks like Wacky Wednesday created some wacky 3rd graders in Mrs. Loecker's class! Even with the fun dress up day, we still worked hard and learned a lot!

Mrs. Roth's Lincoln Leader math classes having some fun reviewing for tomorrow's test on converting measurements.

Mrs. Stacey's 3rd graders at Lincoln kicked off our new science unit observing and analyzing seeds! We learned seeds of plants are part of their life cycles!

Ms. Greene's "firsties" worked hard today learning to compare numbers and taking part in LEAD time!

Lincoln Leaders are just like todays sunshine

Thank you to Mr. Pietila for doing Junior Achievement with our class! We learned so much and had a lot of fun!

What do you do when the weather is 68 degrees in February? Take advantage pf it and do a math lesson outside! Mrs. Loecker's 3rd graders did great! We even got to run around and get our wiggles out in the middle of our lesson!
