
Thank you Yankton Fire Department, especially Fire Fighter Blom and Fire Fighter King! All the first grade students at Lincoln Elementary learned a whole lot about how to stay safe in a fire!


Have you ever heard of Pumpkin Bones? The Lincoln Music Students have been hard at work looking for Pumpkin Bones. He is from one of their favorite songs and keeps stealing all of the pumpkins. These lucky students were among the first to find a staff member with the Pumpkin Bones capture card. Play continues through Oct. 31.

Every week we spend some time reviewing math concepts through our math centers. This week we worked on subtraction facts with flashcards and reviewed rounding with a dice game. We also answered questions using graphs and played some math games on the Chromebooks. Math is fun!!





All three first grades enjoyed a board game party! Thank you Lincoln Elementary PTA. The kids enjoyed every minute of it!
