Lincoln Elementary Student Council members would like to thank all of our Lincoln Leaders for their donations to the "Leaders Care Project"! This was our first year for this special project, and we packed 75 boxes to share with our community's families. Merry Christmas!!

Mrs. DenHerder and our Kindergarten Crew from Lincoln School did a fantastic job singing Christmas songs during our Holiday Music Program! We had a packed gym filled with parents, grandparents and friends! Way to go Kindergarten!
Lincoln Fifth grade band students performed some holiday music for all three lunches today. They did a great job!
Mrs. Wagner's kindergarten kiddos are wearing green for "Grinch Day"! We are busy getting ready for the holidays . . . making presents, chasing gingerbread cookies around our school, and trying our best to stay on the nice list!

We are celebrating the 8 Days of Lincoln School and Mr. Beste says....It's time to have some Christmas fun! Today is Tree Topper Day! Wear your favorite hat, ribbons or bows! Kindergarten Rocks!
Miss Greene's First Graders had the best Grinch Day ever! We had a guest reader, Grinch punch, crafts and so much more! It turned our rainy day into the happiest day!
Due to some icy county roads and needing to give the buses extra time, Yankton School District will have a 2 hour late start today, Tuesday, December 13. There will be no morning preschool at Webster School and no morning Special Education Preschool at Stewart. All buses will run approximately two hours later than their normally scheduled time. Please check the Here Comes the Bus app to track your child's bus.
Look! It's the North Pole! Mrs. Wagner's kindergarten kiddos were busy building the North Pole! They are very creative and love to build with blocks.
Due to inclement weather, Yankton School District will have a 2 hour late start, today, Friday, December 9. Due to the forecasted inclement weather with the possibility of freezing drizzle moving into the area starting at 2:00 pm, Yankton School District is dismissing school at 12:00 pm. Buses will run accordingly.
